Professional Guidelines

Carolina Academy Policies and Professional Guidelines will be provided upon enrollment. We are committed to provide a safe, professional, positive, and compassionate atmosphere to facilitate the learning experience for all future professionals.
Upon enrollment each future professional will receive a student catalog that details all Carolina Academy's Policies and Professional Guildelines.

We provide a professional environment, so you can learn on a simulated salon floor. We do have a strong attendance policy and a no drug and alcohol policy in order to maintain a professional environment.

Financial Aid

At Carolina Academy we are committed to helping all of our students meet their educational costs. Financial assistance programs are available to those who qualify. Our Financial Aid Leader can provide you with the necessary applications and assess the financial assistance programs you may qualify for.

What forms of aid do you offer?
We use Sallie Mae Financial and Federal Aid.

How can I apply?
For Sallie Mae Financial Aid, visit www.salliemae.com/. For Federal Aid, visit www.fafsa.ed.gov.

How long does it take?
Sallie Mae will provide an answer usually within 48 hours. The Federal Aid takes a little longer. Most of the time it can be finalized within a 3 week period.

Do you have Pell grants?
Yes, the Pell grant is part of the Federal Aid and the first step is filling out the FAFSA form.

Where can I get the forms?
You may come in and pick them up here at the school or you can do them online. Online does seem to speed up the process.
